Paso de los Mellizos is a town in Uruguay .
geography
It is located in the central northern part of the Río Negro department in its sector 9 . The area south of the place is called Cuchilla de las Averías . In a few kilometers west-southwest are the places Villa General Borges , Villa María and Menafra .
