Villa María is a town in Uruguay .
geography
It is located between the Cuchilla de Haedo and the Cuchilla del Ombú in the central northern part of the Río Negro department in sector 6 . The Arroyo Don Esteban Grande runs near the village . Villa General Borges borders to the west . Menafra is a few kilometers further west .
