Pat Wilson

Pat Wilson (born June 11, 1948 ), born Patricia Mary Higgins , is an Australian singer and journalist . Due to her marriage to Ross Wilson , singer of the band Daddy Cool , she used the pseudonym Mummy Cool for her articles in music magazines .

After a while she started singing in the music business. Her biggest hit was the song Bop Girl, written by her then husband Ross in 1983 . The then unknown fifteen-year-old Nicole Kidman played in the accompanying music video . Wilson's other singles could no longer build on their initial success.

Private life

She was married to singer Ross Wilson for twenty years, with whom she has a son named Daniel. However, the couple is now divorced.
