Patrick Hässig

Patrick Hässig (born February 1, 1979 in Zurich ) is a Swiss radio and television presenter.

Life

Patrick Hässig grew up in Zurich-Oerlikon. He attended primary and secondary school in Zurich from 1986 to 1995. He completed a commercial apprenticeship at Winterthur Insurance in Zurich, which he successfully completed in 1998.

In addition to his work as a presenter, he has been teaching drums at the youth music Zurich 11 since 2002.

Media career

From 1997 to 1999 Hässig was a presenter at Radio Unispital. After a language stay, he attended various courses at the Swiss Radio DRS and at the media training center in Lucerne. From 1999 to 2004, Hässig moderated on the Rotkreuzer radio station Sunshine .

Between 2004 and 2005 he was a morning presenter for Radio NRJ Zurich , on behalf of Roman Kilchsperger .

Between 2005 and 2008 he was a hit parade presenter for Swiss Radio DRS 3 . On Sunday, January 6th, 2008 DRS 3 broadcast the "40 Years Hit Parade Anniversary Show" with Patrick Hässig as presenter and many former hit parade presenters (Christoph Schwegler, Gabriel Felder, Mario Torriani, Sven Epiney) as guests. After his last broadcast on the Swiss hit parade on March 30, 2008, Patrick Hässig announced that he would take over the morning moderation at the Swiss private broadcaster Radio 24 .

From the end of 2006 to the end of 2009, Patrick Hässig hosted the children's quiz program Die Gameshow on Swiss television SF Zwei .

From March 2008 to August 2013, Hässig worked as a morning show host at Radio 24 . From August 2013 to September 2017, as in 2004 and 2005, he alternated with Roman Kilchsperger Energy to present Mein Morgen on the Zurich private broadcaster Energy .

From August 20, 2012 to September 15, 2014, Hässig presented the quiz show Less is More on SRF 1 .

Hässig is currently working as a qualified nursing specialist. From 2017 to 2020 he completed his training as a qualified nursing specialist at the Waid City Hospital in Zurich. Hässig also continues to work as a freelancer in moderation at Radio Energy.
