Patrik Čarnota (born October 10, 1986 in Stará Ľubovňa ) is a Slovak football player .

Club career

Čarnota played in youth at MFK Goral Stará Ľubovňa and 1. FC Tatran Prešov . He played one season with the Polish third division club KS Glinik / Karpatia Gorlice. Čarnota then played two and a half years with his older brother Ján at the Slovak second division club MFK Dolný Kubín. In June 2010 he moved to FC Spartak Trnava with his brother, where he got a two-year contract.
