Patrimonio Nacional
The Patrimonio Nacional is a Spanish authority that is responsible for the administration of state-owned objects that are used by the king and the royal family and for state ceremonies. The authority administers palaces, gardens, monasteries and churches and organizes exhibitions and concerts in them. It also oversees the publication program for the royal institutions and collections. The Patrimonio Nacional also publishes the magazine Real Sitios .
According to Law 23/1982, the administrative board of the authority consists of ten members, as well as a chairman and a manager who are appointed by the king on the proposal of the prime minister. The current chair is Nicolás Martínez-Fresno y Pavía .
