Patricia Elvina "Patti" Hansen (born March 17, 1956 on Staten Island , New York City ) is an American model and actress.

Hansen married the Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards on December 18, 1983 . The marriage resulted in two daughters, Theodora and Alexandra, who both made careers as photo models.
