Paul Adalhard Buchhorn at court

Paul Adalhard Buchhorn zu Hofen (born October 5, 1890 in Berlin , † January 7, 1938 in Dresden ) was a German painter. His work was influenced by German romanticism. However, landscape paintings in the New Objectivity style are also known. He was represented with the painting Das Rheingold in the Richard Wagner Museum in Bayreuth and was considered a Wagner painter in his time. He was a close friend of the cathedral organist Walter Fischer .
