Erich Berneick

Paul Erich Berneick (born March 20, 1895 in Königsberg (Prussia) , † after 1933 ) was a German pharmacist and politician ( economic party ).

Berneick attended high school in Königsberg and from 1911 did an apprenticeship as a pharmacist in the Kant pharmacy. From 1914 to 1918 he was a soldier in the First World War. He then studied pharmacy and received his license to practice medicine in 1923. He then studied political science and economics and worked as an employed pharmacist and as a vacation and illness representative for pharmacists. In 1928 he became a deputy and later a full member of the East Prussian Chamber of Pharmacists . He was a member of many professional associations. From 1927 to 1930 he was a member of the examination and complaints committee in Königsberg. He appeared in 1929 as Mietschöffe and 1930 as assessor in Mieteinigungsamt Konigsberg.

Berneick was the 1st chairman of the Königsberg branch of the Reich Party of German Middle Classes (Economic Party). For this and the Königsberg district he was a member of the provincial parliament of the province of East Prussia from 1929 to 1933 . As a replacement for Paul Firley , he was a deputy member of the Prussian State Council from January 1930 to April 1933 .
