Paul Foreman
Paul Foreman (born January 25, 1939 in Kingston ) is a former Jamaican long jumper .
In 1958 he won the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Cardiff .
In 1960 he was starting twelfth for the West Indian Federation at the Olympic Games in Rome . In the same year he set his personal best with 7.62 m.
