Keba Paul Koulibaly (born March 24, 1986 in Ouagadougou ) is a Burkinabe soccer player from. His twin brother Pan Pierre Koulibaly is also a professional footballer.

Koulibaly began his career with Étoile Filante Ouagadougou in the Burkinabe capital and from there moved to Al-Ittihad in Libya in 2008 . Because of the immigration restrictions in force in Libya, this award was given to Al-Nasr from Benghazi in the same year . From 2009 to 2011 Koulibaly played in Libya for Asswehly SC . When the provisional squad for the 2012 Africa Cup was announced, he was reported as a player for the Belgian club ROC Charleroi-Marchienne .

Koulibaly has been playing for the Burkinabe national soccer team since 2006 and played all of them in qualifying for the 2010 World Cup. Koulibaly was also part of national coach Paulo Duarte's squad in the preliminary round at the 2010 African Cup and was on the starting line-up in both tournament games.
