Anders Gustaf Paulus "Paul" Palén (born April 4, 1881 in Garpenberg , † October 12, 1944 in Stockholm ) was a Swedish sports shooter .
successes
Paul Palén took part in the 1912 Olympic Games in Stockholm . With the pistol at 50 m he took 36th place, while with the rapid fire pistol at 30 m he came second behind Alfred Lane and ahead of Johan Huebner von Holst and thus won the silver medal. In the team competition with the military revolver at 30 m, the Swedish troops hit all 120 targets and became Olympic champions .
