Paul Prigl

Paul Prigl (born February 1, 1921 in Baden , † June 17, 1988 in Horn ) was an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ). From 1967 to 1977 he was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament .

Prigl attended elementary, secondary and commercial school and was drafted into the Reich Labor Service in 1940. He served in World War II between 1941 and 1945, and served as a union secretary between 1960 and 1962. From 1962 he worked as the head of the Lower Austrian Chamber of Labor. Prigl was also SPÖ district party chairman between 1960 and 1977 and served as a local councilor in Horn from 1965 to 1980. He also represented the SPÖ in the Lower Austrian state parliament from April 6, 1967 to October 31, 1977.
