Paul Säurich

Paul Säurich was a Chemnitz school director, botanist and author of various botanical books around 1900.

The botanical school garden in Chemnitz was founded in 1898 according to plans by the gardening director Otto Werner and the school director Paul Säurich.

Works

Paul Säurich wrote several botanical works, which were re-published by Salzwasser Verlag in 2012 . Most of his books appeared with the subtitle “ Pictures from the Plant World ” and were written between 1905 and 1911.
