Paul Scholz (born April 11, 1915 in Duisburg-Beeck ; † March 10, 1976 ) was a German CDU politician .

education and profession

After graduating from high school, Paul Scholz completed an apprenticeship as a legal clerk in Breslau. After the administration of justice exam, he last worked as a judicial inspector.

politics

Paul Scholz was deputy district chairman of the CDU Bottrop and state chairman of the Union of Expellees (UdV) and refugees of the CDU Westphalia-Lippe. He acted as deputy federal chairman of the UdV of the CDU / CSU, as 1st chairman of the district expellee advisory board in Bottrop and the district expellee advisory committee in Münster. Scholz was a member of the National Expellees Advisory Council and deputy chairman of the Federation of Expellees in North Rhine-Westphalia. He was a member of the Kuratorium Haus des Deutschen Ostens from 1966 to 1971.

Paul Scholz was a member of the 5th state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia from January 4, 1963 to July 23, 1966, to which he moved. He entered the 6th and 7th state parliament from July 25, 1966 to May 27, 1975 via the state list.
