Paula Rakijašić
Paula Rakijašić (born July 6, 2000 ) is a Croatian athlete who has specialized in middle-distance running.
Career
After she became Croatian U20 champion in the 800 meter run , she also started at the Croatian Championships in Zagreb in 2017 . She started on July 9, 2017 over the 800 meters and finished second behind Ivona Zemunik in a time of 2: 14.78 min and secured her first medal at Croatian championships in the adult area.
At the Croatian Indoor Championships 2018 in Zagreb, she started in the 1,500 meter run on February 24, 2018 and secured her first Croatian championship title in the adult area in a new personal best of 4: 40.69 min. In the summer she started at the Croatian Open Air Championships, which also took place in Zagreb. In the 800-meter run, she just missed a medal in fourth place with a new personal best of 2: 14.2 minutes on February 24, 2018.
