Paula White
Paula Michelle White (* 20th April 1966 in Tupelo , Mississippi as Paula Michelle Furr ) is an American entrepreneur, motivational coach, author and televangelist -Predigerin of New Destiny Christian Center in Florida . She is assigned to the group of clergy who preach the gospel of prosperity . White is considered a spiritual advisor and confidante of US President Donald Trump .
Career
White's TV programs are broadcast in Germany by God TV and CNBC Europe , among others . She is friends with Benny Hinn and Joyce Meyer , with whom she occasionally organizes joint events. In 2017, after the assassination attempt in Charlottesville , White's mentor Pastor TD Jakes wrote a letter to Donald Trump with other evangelicals demanding that he take concrete steps against racism in the United States.
Trump administration
Paula White appeared several times after his election and defended US President Donald Trump . In August 2017, for example, on television she suggested that Trump had reached his leadership position according to God's plan and that the fight against God's plan was also the fight against God's will.
In early November 2019 she accepted Donald Trump into his public relations team. White is apparently supposed to help him secure the support of the Evangelical / Religious Right for his targeted re-election in 2020 .
Private
Paula White was married three times and has a son with her first husband Dean Knight. Her current spouse since April 2015 is Jonathan Cain, keyboardist for the rock band Journey .
