Paulina Gaitán Ruíz (born February 19, 1992 in Mexico City , Mexico ) is a Mexican actress.

Career

Paulina Gaitán began her acting career at the age of nine. She had her first important role in 2004 in the film Innocent Voices , which is about the civil war in El Salvador . She became known in 2007 through the film drama Trade - Willkommen in Amerika by director Marco Kreuzpaintner . There she played Adriana , who was a victim of human trafficking . She starred as Sayra in the 2009 film Sin Nombre . In 2010 she worked in the horror film Somos Lo Que Hay, among others . In 2015 she played Pablo Escobar's wife Tata Escobar in the series Narcos .
