pax et gaudium ("peace and joy"; from Latin pax "peace"; et "and"; gaudium "joy") was a magazine that dealt with history and historical reenactment . Her focus was on the Middle Ages .

pax et gaudium was published every two months until July 2008 with a print run of 46,000 to 50,000 copies.
