pax et gaudium ("peace and joy"; from Latin pax "peace"; et "and"; gaudium "joy") was a magazine that dealt with history and historical reenactment . Her focus was on the Middle Ages .
pax et gaudium was published every two months until July 2008 with a print run of 46,000 to 50,000 copies. From 2007 the publication took place alternately with pax history , which was published in the month when the publication was not published. pax et gaudium was published by Ludwig-Fischer-Verlag, Mechernich - Kommern until July 2008 . The magazine has been discontinued until further notice. Pax et gaudium has been a pure online magazine since 2012, including an event calendar for re-enactment events.
