Pedro José Belisario (born before 1933; died after 1966) was a Venezuelan orchestra leader and percussionist.

Belisario founded the orchestra Los Hermanos Belisario in Maracay in 1939 with his brothers, the bassist Arnaldo , the trombonist Pancho and the trumpeter Rafael . This worked with musicians like Francisco Villasana and Pedro Paiva and established itself in Caracas in 1945 . It became one of the most successful dance orchestras in Caracas, performing with musicians such as Juan Polanco , Enrique Villasana , Goajiro González and Víctor Piñero .

In the 1950s the orchestra broke up due to conflicts between the siblings, and the brothers - apart from Rafael - each founded their own ensembles. Pedro's ensemble was the accompaniment orchestra of the Guaracha singer Víctor Piñero, until he joined the orchestra of the Colombian Pacho Galán in 1957 . Pedro Belisario's orchestra was disbanded in 1961. In 1966 Belisario returned to the stage and worked again with Piñero and the singer Rogelia Medina , known as Canelita . With both he recorded the album Bésame Negro .
