Pedro Narciso Arata
Pedro Narciso Arata (born October 29, 1848 in Buenos Aires , † November 5, 1922 there ) was an Argentine chemist .
Pedro Narciso Arata studied at the University of Buenos Aires from 1854 . In 1874, when he was already teaching at the natural science faculty, he also studied at the medical faculty. He graduated with a thesis on the analysis of phytonutrients. In 1911 he stopped teaching. He wrote numerous articles to improve the communal sanitary conditions and maintained good relations with the universities in Madrid, Rome, Berlin, Santiago and Paris.
