Pegah Ahmadi
Pegah Ahmadi ( Persian پگاه احمدی; * 1974 in Tehran ) is an Iranian poet , literary critic and translator .
Life
Pegah Ahmadi began writing poetry at the age of seven. Her breakthrough came when she was seventeen when a poem of hers was published in Takāpu magazine . Ahmadi studied Persian literature at the University of Tehran . She later published regularly in literary newspapers in Iran.
Her previous works include several collections of poetry, academic publications, literary reviews and translations of primarily American poetry , such as by Sylvia Plath .
Pegah Ahmadi currently works as editor-in-chief of the literary magazine Paperik .
