The Penguin Bay (English for Penguin Bay ) is a small, of kelp -covered bay on the north coast of South Georgia . It is located immediately southeast of Ocean Harbor on the east side of the Barff Peninsula .
The name of the bay was first recorded on a map of the British Admiralty from 1929.
