The Penguin Point is a headland that the northwestern foothills of Coronation Iceland in the archipelago of the South Orkney Islands form.

The American sealer captain Nathaniel Palmer and his British counterpart George Powell discovered and mapped the headland in December 1821 while exploring the South Orkney Islands together. Powell named them after the penguins you can find here .
