The Penn Tarn is a mountain pool in East Antarctica Victoria Land . It is located 160 m north of Princeton Tarn in the Tarn Valley . It is one of the four lakes in this valley , along with the Harvard Tarn and the Yale Tarn .
Participants of a 1965 to 1966 campaign of New Zealand's Victoria University's Antarctic Expeditions named him after the University of Pennsylvania .
