Percy Adams (born July 12, 1914 in Stoke-on-Trent , † 1984 ) was an English football player who was active in the 1936/37 season for Port Vale .

Adams joined Port Vale as an amateur in August 1936 and was initially active for the reserve team in the Cheshire County League . In October 1936 he received a professional contract with the club playing in the Third Division North . His competitive debut in the Third Division North Cup against Mansfield Town in November was followed by two more appearances on the right half-forward position, including one in the league against Hartlepools United (0-2), before he left the club in April 1937. Subsequently, he was probably briefly active as a test player for Macclesfield FC in the Cheshire County League.
