Human competence

Human skills , personal skills and personal skills and personal skills are particularly in education and in management terms used, which now find their way into everyday language, more desirable to a bunch of skills, attitudes and behavior preferences of a considered person summarize its contents (still) no standardization subject and therefore has a different but always positive meaning in each case. They describe the externally assigned abilities and readiness of the observed person, as an individual, to clarify, think through and assess the development opportunities, requirements and restrictions in work, school, family and public life, to develop their own talents and to formulate and develop plans for life. Human and personal skills in addition to social skills and expertise of the competence and includes how these methodological skills , communication skills and learning skills .

Human competence - methodological competence

  • Use methods of self-reflection in order to further develop one's own ability to act.
  • Understand your own knowledge, positions and judgments in an analytical way, reflect on your own life plans
  • Carefully plan your own skills development (e.g. advanced training ) for possible career development paths (e.g. professional flexibility).
  • Classify one's own plans in societal and social frameworks (e.g. regional mobility in personal planning)
  • Apply creativity techniques.
  • classify own interests (e.g. family, friends, social ties) in the social environment.
  • Critically reflect on and develop learned methods of thinking and working procedures to cope with tasks and problems (e.g. problem-solving strategies).

Human competence - learning competence

  • Understand one's own learning interests and processes (e.g. develop individual learning techniques and strategies).
  • Design your own learning processes and situations effectively and efficiently (e.g. plan your own learning, design learning environments, take into account subjective daily rhythms, performance phases, maintain learning motivation).

Human competence - communicative competence

  • Reflect on and develop one's own attitude towards communication (e.g. needs, fears, expectations, evaluations).
  • Bringing one's own interests into line with those of others (e.g. persuading / convincing, explaining / suggesting).
  • see yourself as a “ communicator ”.
  • take a conceptual stance on the basics and cultures of communication.
  • Applying a foreign language while taking into account the understanding and shaping of language cultures.
