Personnel magazine : Impulse for shaping the working world is a specialist magazine for human resources . It is considered to be the highest-circulation and best-selling in German-speaking countries. Personalmagazin has been published monthly by Haufe-Lexware in Freiburg im Breisgau since 1999 . The magazine is aimed at those responsible for human resources and management in companies and organizations. In 2020, the personal magazine was named “Trade Medium of the Year” by the German trade press in the category “Best trade magazine over 2.5 million sales”. The print magazine has also been published as a digital edition since 2014, and the app was named “Trade Magazine of the Year” in 2015 in the “Best E-Paper” category. Every two years the editorial team selects the 40 leading HR heads in personnel management. The editor is Reiner Straub.
