The Ordinance for the Implementation of the Personal Status Act, or Personal Status Ordinance for short , is a German ordinance in which the authorizations from Section 73 of the Personal Status Act (PStG) are implemented.

Regulations

It makes regulations for keeping the civil status register .

Changes

Art. 2 of the Personal Status Law Amendment Act (PStRÄndG) introduced the notarized certificate according to Annex 13 for star children on May 15, 2013.
