Pervy Pridnestrovsky ( Russian Первый Приднестровский ; formerly TV PMR ) is a state television broadcaster in Transnistria . It is broadcast around the clock and can also be received in border regions in the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine . Most broadcasts are in Russian , but there are also programs in Moldovan (Romanian) and Ukrainian . The station has over 150 employees and went on air for the first time on August 9, 1992.
At the end of 2012, the state radio company (with Radio PMR ) was merged with the state television company (with TV PMR). At the same time, the television channel was renamed "Pervy Pridnestrovsky", based on the Russian television channel Pervy kanal .
