Peter Aran
Uriel Peter Aran is an Israeli diplomat.
Aran was born in Hungary after the First World War . In 1990 he replaced Gideon Yarden as business agent (ad interim) at the Israeli embassy in Vienna . After the end of the term of office of Federal President Kurt Waldheim , Aran was upgraded to ambassador in 1993. In the same year he was replaced as ambassador by Yosef Govrin .
