Peter Egli (born July 25, 1966 ) is a former Swiss ice hockey player .
Career
Egli spent his junior years at HC Davos , for whose professional team he made his debut in the 1984/85 season and won the Swiss championship with the Davos team in the same season. The defender remained until 1988 when HC Davos, then he moved to the National League B playing SC Herisau . After three years of play, he returned to HC Davos, which had meanwhile been relegated to the National League B. With the Graubünden team in his last season in Davos' dress as champion of the National League B, he was promoted to and returned to the top Swiss league after winning relegation.
As a result, Egli no longer appeared in professional ice hockey. Sub-league engagements followed before the defender retired. As a trainer, he was temporarily active as head coach in the Davos youth team.
