Peter Erlinghagen
Peter Erlinghagen (born February 24, 1932 in Berlin ; † September 22, 1994 in Burgas ) was a German legal scholar .
Life
After graduating as Dr. iur. in Marburg on November 28, 1958, he taught from 1971 to 1994 as a professor for commercial and corporate law, German and international business law and tax law at the University of Hamburg .
