Peter Kaiser (politician, 1966)

Peter Kaiser (born April 28, 1966 in Krefeld ) is a German politician ( CDU ). From 2005 to 2010 he was a directly elected candidate ( constituency 47: Krefeld I) member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia .

School education and professional education

Peter Kaiser attended a secondary school in Krefeld , which he left in 1982 with secondary school leaving certificate. In the same year he began training as a pastry chef , which he successfully completed in 1985 with the journeyman's examination. Already educated musically in his childhood, he did his military service with the Army Music Corps 7 in Düsseldorf . In 1990 he passed the examination to become a master confectioner and since then has been running a pastry shop in Krefeld with his wife.

Political

In 1990 Kaiser became a member of the CDU under the impression of German unity. He is chairman of the Mittelstands- und Wirtschaftsvereinigung (MIT) of the Krefeld CDU as well as a member of the state and district board of this association. He has been a member of the Krefeld City Council since 1999 and has also been a member of the Central District Council since 2004, of which he is also Chairman. His main tasks in the city council are financial issues. In addition to these offices, he is head master of the Lower Rhine confectioners' guild and state guild master of the North Rhine-Westphalian confectionery trade. He is also a board member of the Kreishandwerkerschaft Krefeld-Viersen and a member of the supervisory boards of affiliated companies in the city of Krefeld. He was a candidate in the early state elections in 2012, but did not make it into the state parliament.
