Peter Kuttler

Peter Kuttler (born May 7, 1964 in Saarbrücken ) is a German journalist and moderator.

Life

Peter Kuttler grew up in Nunkirchen in the Saarland (town of Wadern). During his studies (political science and sociology (degree: Magister)) from 1987 onwards he worked as a sports reporter, journalist and presenter for the Rhineland-Palatinate private broadcaster Radio RPR .

In 1990 he moved to the Aachen studio of the WDR , where he worked as a radio presenter and as an author for the regional television magazine "Lokalzeit aus Aachen". In 1996 there was also a moderation at the international public broadcaster Deutsche Welle , which has since discontinued its German-language program.

Since 1997 Kuttler has been a presenter at WDR4 . He could be heard there in the programs "Pavillon", "Folklore of the homeland" and he moderated the "Harbor Concert". After the program reform of WDR4 in March 2011, Kuttler switched to the program "Hallo NRW". In the meantime he regularly presents the "Kuttler Digital" section on WDR4, which deals with topics from the Internet, smartphone and online sectors. Since July 2017, Kuttler has been moderating the program "Musikcafé" on the private radio station "Schlagerparadies", and since the beginning of 2018 the program "Hitmix der Nacht".

In addition, Kuttler works as an author of reports and contributions for various German radio stations.
