Peter L. Münch-Heubner

Peter L. Münch-Heubner (born September 22, 1960 in Munich ) is a German political scientist and journalist .

Life

Peter Ludwig Münch-Heubner studied political science, oriental studies and modern history at the University of Munich . He then worked as a freelance journalist and as a research assistant at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich . Münch-Heubner received his doctorate there in 1993 with a dissertation on American-European-Israeli relations.

Since then, Münch-Heubner has been working as a freelance journalist, publicist and lecturer at the University of Augsburg and the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich-Neubiberg. He published several political science studies on behalf of the Hanns Seidel Foundation . He received his habilitation in 2010 at the University of Augsburg with the thesis “The Development of the Modern Social and Intervention State in Australia in the 20th Century” and was appointed private lecturer there in 2014.
