Peter Lloyd (Turner)

Peter Clarence Lloyd (born September 22, 1949 ) is an Australian gymnast .

Lloyd started for the Collegians Gymnastics Club in Melbourne and could be in the Australian team for participation in the Olympic gymnastics competitions in 1972 in Munich and 1976 in Montreal each in equipment and in the floor exercise qualify.

In 1972 he competed in individual all-around (92nd place), parallel bars (105th place), floor exercise (68th place), horse jumping (54th place), horizontal bar (85th place), on rings (98th place) . Place) and on the pommel horse (90th place). With the exception of the competition on parallel bars, he was able to place himself consistently better than his teammate Ian Clarke , but overall he ended up with the best placement in horse jumping (54th place) in the lower ranks.

1976 was Philip Cheetham his colleagues in the Australian gymnastics team, which he also beat in the team competition. This time he achieved his best placement with rank 56 on bars, in the individual all-around competition he improved to rank 81.
