Peter Mohrhardt

Peter Mohrhardt (also: Morhard, Mohrhart, Morhardt, Mohrhard; date of birth unknown; † 1685 in Lüneburg ) was a German composer and organist at the North German organ school .

Mohrhardt was organist at Michaeliskirche from 1662 until his death .

Mohrhardt's 9 chorale arrangements for organ have come down to us, which, like other works by North German organists of the style epoch, often use echoes. Further instrumental and vocal works have been lost.
