Peter Nieder

Peter Nieder (* 1947 ) is a German economist and organizational consultant .

Life

Nieder started his career in 1974 at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg with a dissertation on leadership behavior and performance. A contribution to behavioral sociology to the Dr. rer. pole. PhD. He completed his habilitation at the Bergische Universität Wuppertal .

He then taught human resources and organization at the University of Bremen . From 1995 to 2002, Nieder was Professor of Personnel Management at the Helmut Schmidt University of the Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg. There he headed the Institute for Personnel Management .

He is the founder of the organizational consultancy IMAR and a member of SCOPAR HEALTH .
