Peter Pichler (born January 12, 1969 in Feldkirchen an der Donau ) is a former Austrian cyclist .

Career

Pichler began cycling at RC Bad Mühllacken . From 2012 to 2012 he was a member of various Austrian UCI Continental teams . During this time, he became the Austrian Criterion Champion in 2008 and was successful in numerous competitions on the Austrian cycling calendar. He was also sixth in the national elite road racing championships in 2002 and third in the Carinthia Viper Grand Prix in 2007 . After the end of the 2012 season, Pichler ended his international career, but was still active in national elite and Masters races. In 2014 he won the national amateur road title.
