Peter Scholl
Peter Scholl (born October 5, 1934 in Lahr ; † 2019 ) was a German tennis player and author of tennis training books.
He was a tennis student of Gottfried von Cramm and played for the German Davis Cup team from 1956 to 1958 . In five encounters, he played three singles, of which he won one, and four doubles games, of which he could also win one. He later became a tennis Bundesliga coach. Scholl was also a respected author of specialist tennis literature. His books include the standard work “Richtig tennisspiele”, but also “Tennis is great” and “The perfect tennis player”.
