Peter Schreiber (journalist)
Peter Schreiber (* 1952 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German journalist .
He studied journalism , economics and Slavic studies in Saarbrücken, Frankfurt and Berlin . In 1983 Schreiber went to New York as a freelance radio correspondent for two years . He then worked at Südwestfunk as a radio editor and TV correspondent in Moscow and Brussels. From 1998 on, he was an editor at WDR, including for the ARD morning magazine and the Tagesschau (ARD) . From 2008 to 2014 Peter Schreiber was the ARD television correspondent and head of the ARD studio in Nairobi .
