Peter Stubbe (born August 8, 1943 ) is a German football coach.

Career

He was the coach of the Australian Footscray Club JUST between 1965 and 1966 . In March 1978 he became the manager of Westfalia Herne , with whom he took twelfth place in the northern group of the 2nd Bundesliga from 1977 to 1978. In 1979 he moved to the United States to train the San José Earthquakes , which he took over from Terry Fisher . With the Earthquakes it ended the season in fourth and last place in the Western Division of the American Conference in the North American Soccer League 1979. From 1990 to 1992 he was in Switzerland, where he first coached FC Zug and then FC Glarus . In 1992 he became technical commissioner for the national team of Thailand.
