Petr Herman

Petr Herman (born January 1, 1974 in Břeclav ) is a former Czech road cyclist.

Petr Herman won the overall ranking of the Course de la Paix in the junior class in 1992 . In 1997 he won the points assessment on the Tour of Austria . In 2000 he became a professional with the Czech cycling team PSK-Unit Expert . In his first year there he won a stage of the Dubova-Hlas Ludu and the Vuelta a Cuba . He also won the Grand Prix ZTS Dubnica nad Vahom. The following year he was first in the one-day race Brno-Velka Bites-Brno. In 2002 Herman switched to Gericom-Bikedrive , and in 2003 he rode for the Austrian team Hervis Copy Right . Here he won a stage of the Styria Tour and the one-day race Burgenland Tour. In the 2004 season he was successful at Vienna-Lassnitzhöhe, in 2005 he won the Grand Prix Styria, and in 2006 he was successful at the Braunauer Radsporttage. In 2007 Herman rode for the Swiag Pro Cycling Team and won a race there at the Lavanttaler Cycling Days.
