Petr Lechner (born March 14, 1984 in Olomouc ) is a former Czech track and road cyclist .
Athletic career
As a teenager, Petr Lechner was active in cyclo-cross races and in 1999 he was Czech vice-champion in this discipline. In 2002 he won the bronze medal in the team pursuit at the Junior Track World Championship together with Richard Ondryas , David Studnicka and Lubor Kosicka .
In 2008 Lechner received his first contract with a professional team. However, he was denied major successes; In 2013 he took third place in the Czech championship in road racing. In 2015 he ended his cycling career.
