Residential house at Pfühlstrasse 51 in Heilbronn

The residential building Pfühlstraße 51 in Heilbronn is a listed building.

description

The two-and-a-half-storey house at Pfühlstraße 51 was built in 1910 for Louise Müller according to plans by the Böckingen architect Karl Vogler . The residential building for "high demands" makes use of the contemporary baroque villa architecture and shows this through the use of curved gables with volutes and a mansard roof . The “villa-like” house is designed asymmetrically and has a tower mark on one corner of the house.

history

In 1950 the house belonged to the mechanical engineer Heinz Müller, and the widow Elise Müller still lived in it. The apartments on the first and second floors were rented. In 1961 the building was acquired by the businessman Friedrich Hörtkorn, who lived on the first floor. The doctor Gottfried Fischer's practice was on the ground floor, and two apartments were rented on the second floor.
