Bregenstedt rectory
The Bregenstedt rectory is a listed rectory in the village of Bregenstedt, which is part of the Erxleben community .
The rectory is at the address Im Winkel 4, southwest of the elevated village church of Bregenstedt . The gable of the rectory faces the street. The farm building to the east of the house faces the street on its eaves. A large garden belongs to the walled courtyard.
The two-storey half-timbered rectory was built in 1617 according to an inscription on the threshold and, with its construction before the Thirty Years War, is one of the oldest rectory in the region. The building is covered with a hipped roof . In 1858 a renovation took place. The facade was clad with slate panels. The gable front has a tempered curtain .
