Goldwörth parish church
The Goldwörth parish church is located in the Goldwörth community in the Mühlviertel in Upper Austria . The Roman Catholic parish church of St. Alban belongs to the Deanery Gallneukirchen in the Diocese of Linz . The church is a listed building .
history
There was a wooden church in Goldwörth as early as the 11th century. The current church was built around 1400 as a branch of Feldkirchen an der Donau in Gothic style. In 1794 Goldwörth was raised to a parish and is incorporated into St. Florian Monastery . In 2014 the interior was redesigned.
