Rannariedl parish church
The Rannariedl parish church is located in the village of Pühret in Neustift im Mühlkreis in the upper Mühlviertel in Upper Austria . The Roman Catholic parish church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary belongs to the Deanery Sarleinsbach in the Diocese of Linz . The church is a listed building .
history
The parish church was built after 1948 according to plans by Karl von Tobisch-Labotýn and consecrated in 1953. The historicizing, five-bay building with a southern, three-bay aisle has a retracted choir, arched windows and a stone tower with a tented roof. The artistic design inside comes from Franz Xaver Wirth , a group of figures from the Trinity from around 1950.
