Stainach parish church
The parish church of Stainach is located in Stainach in the municipality of Stainach-Pürgg in Styria . The Roman Catholic parish church of St. Anthony of Padua belongs to the deanery of Upper Ennstal - Styrian Salzkammergut in the Graz-Seckau diocese .
history
The parish church of St. Antonius was built from 1957 to 1958 by architect Franz Kirchner and consecrated in 1958 by Diocesan Bishop Josef Schoiswohl . It is a simple, modern hall church .
In 1998 the interior was restored. The altar area and the large tapestry were designed by Marga Persson from Kefermarkt .
